Delivery questions answered
How long does delivery take?
Major cities (JHB, DBN, CPT, PTA): 1–2 business days. Other towns: 2–3 days. Remote areas and Northern Cape: 3–4 days. We dispatch the same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
Can you deliver to a township or rural area?
Yes. PAXI (via PEP and Ackermans) covers more than 3,500 locations including townships, towns and smaller communities. If there's a PEP near you, we can get your bra there. For truly remote areas, The Courier Guy covers more ground than most.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you choose PUDO Locker or PAXI, there's no need to be home — collect at your convenience. For Courier Guy door-to-door, we'll coordinate a suitable time with you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Will I get a tracking number?
Always. As soon as your parcel is booked with the courier, we send your tracking number and a link via WhatsApp. You'll be able to follow your bra's journey in real time.
What if my bra arrives damaged or is the wrong item?
We take full responsibility. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, no drama.
Do you deliver to universities and campus residences?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are students. Use your campus address for Courier Guy door-to-door, or select your nearest PAXI or PUDO locker for easy collection.
